Utilizing our Sister Cities Program to include Sister Schools, a multitude of foreign languages can now be learned on an online person-to-person network, where the teacher is actually in the country of the language to be learned. Under the current paradigm, Japanese, for example, can not be taught since a school district can not afford to hire a Japanese teacher for only a few students who might wish to learn this language. However, in this design, any student can learn any language in our network at no cost, since the students & teachers in the Sister School will in turn learn English.
